There’s something you need to KNOW. It’s something very important:
You Matter so much to God that He is literally preoccupied with thoughts of you. When you go to bed at night you are on His heart. When you rise in the morning you are on His mind. His full attention is always devoted to you. The Psalmist wrote, “How precious concerning me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand.” (Psalm 139:17-18). There is never a time or place that you escape His view. He is crazy about you! The Bible even says that He sings about you (see Zephaniah 3:17b).
Why?—“YOU MATTER TO GOD!”
Please take a moment every day in your time of devotions and prayer to remember that you matter so much to God that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to earth because of His love for YOU!
