Nate Carter
Pastor, Songwriter, Author and Producer
For a little over two decades, Nate has been involved in
ministry. He served as producer for “Revival time,” the
international radio voice of the Assemblies of God, heard on
600 releases nationwide with broadcasts in 80 foreign
countries.
After attending Central Bible College, Nate founded and
directed the music group, Frontline, which currently travels
and represents Evangel University.
As an accomplished composer, arranger and orchestrator, Nate
has written songs that have been published by leading
publishers such as Brentwood-Benson, Word, Star Song, and The
Lorenz Corporation. The song “Till He Comes” was the title cut
on a recent Imperials recording. Other artists such as Kevin
Hamel and Big John Hall have performed Nate’s songs on the 700
Club, Benny Hinn Show and The TBN Network. "Welcome Home", a
patriotic musical, is the most recent publication by
Brentwood-Benson Music.
Nate has recently
authored "God Never Panics," published and

Nate enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and their three

Joseph R. Diaz
Senior Associate Pastor
Pastor Joseph has been with Frontline for almost a year.
Having graduated from The International School of Ministry
June of 2000 and receiving his credentials to Preach initially
from CMI! Pastor Joseph was ordained in 2002 by Pastor Nate
Carter, when they both attended the same Assemblies of God
Church!
Pastor Joseph has
been and continues to be a praise singer and choir member. His primary responsibilities are
the development of our small group ministry, Care Ministry and
Missions. Pastor Joseph is married to Jan Diaz for the past 28
years and they have one child Michael Diaz residing in CA.
Gerry
Olsen
Administrative Pastor
Prior
to his involvement with Frontline Christian Center, Pastor Gerry Olsen
served fulltime as an executive level pastor (Church Administrator) at
a large local area church from January of 2001 till his resignation on November
5th, 2005. On his last Sunday there, he was asked to minister communion at both morning services.
Pastor Gerry was the director of "Iron Men", the
Men's Ministry fellowship a ministry
he started. He now leads "Braveheart" Men’s
ministry, [open to Christian Men throughout South Florida]
Braveheart meets every Saturday at 8:00 AM at 127 NW 13th
Street suite 13 [West of Dixie Highway, behind the office
depot on Glades Rd]. Pastor Olsen is an International School of Ministry
Valedictorian and graduate. He teaches Church
Government and New Testament Survey. Pastor Olsen
serves as the Spiritual Director for the Gold Coast
Chapter of Via de Cristo. He is also a Regional elder for his
credentialing body.
Pastor Olsen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
from the State University of New York/Buffalo, and has
completed the core requirements toward a Master’s Degree in
Public Administration at New York University.
Pastor
Olsen and his wife Gail moved from New York City to South
Florida 15 years ago. They have a daughter Kirsten and a son
Gordon.

Scott
Stark
Creative Arts Pastor
Since graduating from
North
Central
University
in 1988 Scott has been involved in many different positions of
ministry within the church.
He has been children’s pastor, youth pastor, small
groups pastor and senior associate in
Ohio
and
Illinois
before coming to live and minister in
Boca Raton,
South Florida.
Scott has had many unique opportunities in his life. He was
invited to join the world famous
Ringling
Brothers & Barnum
Bailey
Clown
College
. He received his mentoring by Clown Hall of Fame inductees
Leon
“Buttons” McBride and Glen “Frosty” Little both of
whom are of Ringling fame. In 1992 he was mentored in the art
of puppet making by Mary Ann Taylor and Verna Findley who was
mentored by Jim Henson the founder of the Muppets.

Illinois
a citywide children’s outreach was created called “Kidz Funfest” it reached over 4000 people annually. This event
had corporate sponsorship from Pepsi, Subway and Shop N’
Save. Scott has done some writing for
Las Vegas
opening acts, and trade magazines. He has also done training
in ministry arts across the
US
and in
El Salvador
and
South Africa.
Scott has been married to his High School sweetheart for 21
years and has four wonderful children. He is currently
pursuing his Masters degree in Biblical Studies and also the
art of surfing.

Rob
Boyd
Youth Pastor Rob
has been married to his wife Lisa for seven years. They
have two boys, Bobby and Liam. Rob and Lisa grew up in
Boca and have lived here most of their lives. He
currently works for his father's business, Island Products
in Boca Raton, making conch fritters.
Rob
believes in young people. He believes in their vision and
purpose. His calling is to give them the tools they need
to reach their schools and friends for Christ. Teens are
the soul of Oasis. When they share ownership in ministry
and passion for the vision, there are no limits to what can be
accomplished! He is a firm believer in using the talents
of the teens to create new and exciting ministries. He
was involved in volunteer ministry for eleven years before
beginning his full-time career.
Rob
began his ministry career at Calvary Assembly of God in St.
Augustine, Florida as the Associate Pastor, specializing in
youth and children. He was, most recently, the
Youth Pastor at First Assembly of God in Reidsville, North
Carolina. Rob is credentialed with the Assemblies
of God. Rob
and Lisa are excited about ministering at Frontline Christian
Center. They believe that this is the best ministry in
South Florida and are honored to be a part of it.
